01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and M66 Game ("the Platform", "we", "us"). 03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on M66 Game. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity, device, IP address or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all related accounts being closed.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full name, date of birth, valid contact number and email address. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in your account being closed and any balance forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. M66 Game will never contact you asking for your password. You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. All activity on your account prior to such notification remains your responsibility.

M66 Game may, at its discretion, request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal or activating certain account features. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued identification. Account verification is a standard process and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

Processing times may vary due to verification requirements or payment provider schedules. Players must use the same payment method for withdrawals as used for deposits, unless an exception has been approved by support.

06 Game Rules & Sports Betting

For sports betting — including Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football and Esports — the following general principles apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed. M66 Game does not allow bets to be cancelled or altered after placement unless a technical error on the platform's part is confirmed.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or significantly altered, bets will be settled according to the rules published for that specific sport and market.
• Odds are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time at M66 Game's discretion, particularly during critical game moments or when live data feeds are interrupted.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and may vary by event, sport or account status.

For casino games, slots, fish games and bingo, the return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each title is available within the game's information panel. All games on M66 Game use certified random number generation to ensure fair outcomes. The house edge is inherent in all games and players accept this when placing any real-money wager.

M66 Game is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of a player misunderstanding game rules, betting markets, or odds formats.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on M66 Game:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in poker, casino games or any competitive format.
• Using funds that originate from illegal sources. All deposits must be made from payment methods legally registered in your own name.
• Any form of money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks or unauthorised payment method use.

• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform, interfere with its technical infrastructure, or reverse-engineer any part of the software.

M66 Game uses fraud detection and account monitoring systems. Any account flagged for suspicious activity may be frozen pending investigation. During an investigation, the player will not be able to withdraw funds until the review is complete.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

M66 Game reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that:

• The player has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is associated with fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity.
• The player has requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Verification documents have not been provided within a reasonable time when requested.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period, subject to applicable dormancy policies.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, M66 Game reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance, including pending withdrawals. Where closure is at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method after standard checks.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact customer support. Requests to reopen a previously closed account will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed to be approved.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the M66 Game platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, software, game content, text, images, videos and promotional materials — is the property of M66 Game or its licensed content providers. This content is protected by intellectual property laws.

10 Privacy & Data

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or any other matter where liability cannot be limited by law.

13 Changes to These Terms

M66 Game reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
